Nothing on Rental District — including platform content, form templates, resource listings, trust scores, property records, question pages, or any other material — constitutes legal advice. Rental District is not a law firm, and use of the platform does not create any attorney-client or solicitor-client relationship.

Legal requirements for tenancies, notices, deposits, repairs, and evictions vary significantly by jurisdiction and may change at any time. Users must independently verify all legal requirements applicable to their specific situation before taking any action.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While Rental District makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of platform-generated records and reference information, we do not guarantee that all information on the platform is complete, current, or accurate. No Trust Score should be used as the sole basis for a tenancy decision. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made in reliance on Trust Score information.

Platform Records Are Not Evidence

Platform records — including maintenance logs, payment records, and inspection reports — are documentation of platform activity. They are not certified evidence for legal proceedings, tribunal hearings, or court processes. Users who intend to rely on platform records in legal or quasi-legal proceedings should consult a qualified legal professional about the admissibility and weight of such records in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rental District and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors in platform records or trust scores
